Thank you. Since the UCCW themes aren't mine, I don't think it's right to share other people's work even though I modified them.
Here are the originals [link] and the Banner Agenda skin was in a widget pack and unfortunately the author named the inside contents something completely different than the file name. I found it on this thread [link]
